Bug: Background music not saving in "Update Series" menu

User reports that custom background music (.mp3) uploaded via the "Update Series" menu does not save, even though the filename appears before clicking "Update Series". The same files work perfectly when added manually to individual videos. Some files are > 5MB, which might be a factor. User wants the software checked.
