Continuous Hyper-Zoom / Infinite Zoom Effect

I want a "continuous hyper-zoom" or "infinite zoom" feature that allows for a seamless, unbroken transition from a wide perspective (like deep space) down to a specific location (like a desert town) without visible cuts between scenes. Currently, I have to chain individual zoom effects, but it doesn't create the fluid, accelerating motion of a true hyper-zoom. This would be used for epic, cinematic storytelling.
